His philosophy (which really paid off for us) was to ensure that we got into right home, at the right price, AND under the right conditions. He can readily read situations and wisely maneuver to create a fair deal. He is effective at handling problems that arise with banks, sellers, lenders, etc. He saved us a lot of time and hassle by alerting us when things were amiss. It took 3 years for us to get the right home, at the right price, and under the right conditions; A real testament to his patience and diligence to ensure his clients will be delighted.
